The master plan envisions a town with a resident population of 22000 comprising of 4 distinct communities, each with multiple neighborhoods. The plan strives to optimize density distribution; strategically preserve natural assets; create diverse and hierarchical pallette of amenities and housing types; and creatively integrate all elements of the plan using a network of roads, paths, bikeways and trails. The plan harnesses the natural beauty of the site to provide a unique identity to the Resort Town.
